Samaritan Center
Four families will be working in the St. Mary's Parish Center to make sandwiches to be distributed at the Samaritan center. Did you know about St. Mary's sandwich ministry? Every other Thursday at 9am we make sandwiches for the Center. All supplies will be provided by St. Mary's
For more info on the Sam Center visit their website HERE

Matthew 25 Farm
As many families as we can get will be gardening at the LaFayette farm location. A representative from the farm will meet families and direct them. Parents will be responsible to supervising their children. Each family will be required to sign a release form before working. You should wear clothes and foot wear appropriate for gardening on a farm. You may be planting, weeding, moving rocks or various other tasks depending on weather and crop growth. St. Mary's needs to give the farm a head count on May 31st.  For more information on Matthew 25 Farm please visit their website HERE

Matthew House
Three families will be doing yard work in the front yard of Matthew House. Please bring gardening gloves. A representative from Matthew house will meet you and provide other materials. You will be planting flowers, mulching, and weeding. For more info on Matthew House please see HERE

Chapel House
Two families will do yard clean up at Chapel House. Please bring garden gloves and weeding tools. For more info on Chapel House please visit their website HERE

Austin Park Pick Up
Several families will pick up around Austin park and the wooden trails around Austin park. Please bring trash bags and gloves. Please leave full trash bags tied up next to trash bins in the park. This might be best for families with young children who might lose interest quickly. You can pick up for a bit and then play!

Picture
Skaneateles Conservation Area
Families will pick up trash around the conservation area pond and trails. Please bring trash bags and gloves. When done please dispose of trash bags yourself - Conservation Area is a carry out park. Again, might be great for younger families or families with limited time so you can come and go on your schedule.

We Need Your Cans and Bottles to help us fund the purchase of all the materials we will need for the Blessing Bags and the sandwiches!
All year the Confirmation students have been collecting cans and bottles and have had several can and bottle drives to help fund the purchase of supplies for the Day of Service, but they need your help to finish strong.
The last drive will be Saturday, June 2nd from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm here at St. Mary's. Please drop your cans and bottles here and help the students help their neighbors!
Trailer for collections will be at the top of the parking lot.
